Overview

This was a complete redesign and redevelopment of a legacy website for a smelting company. The primary goal was to modernize the site while integrating a functional job vacancy system using the WP Job Openings plugin.

Process

The project began with a content audit of the old site and consultations with stakeholders to redefine the information architecture. UI/UX improvements were made with a focus on a clean corporate look, better typography, and a consistent color palette. Special attention was given to the Careers section to support job listings and applications.

Technology

The technology stack included WordPress with WP Job Openings for vacancy management, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for structured content, and Elementor with additional custom CSS and JS code for full control over the site design.
